Solar isolator switches / PV circuit breakers were developed specifically for photovoltaic systems in accordance with IEC 60364-7-712. According to IEC 60364-7-712, “Setting up photovoltaic supply systems”, a device for disconnecting the photovoltaic modules (= load disconnector) from the inverter is mandatory .
